Our Story
Hyde was born from a simple conviction: the best moments in a day aren't divided into "morning" and "night." They flow into one another.
By day, we are a specialty coffee bar — precision espresso, single-origin pour-overs, and house-made pastries crafted for the ritual of the morning. By night, the same space transforms into an intimate cocktail lounge where the bar becomes a laboratory of flavor.
